School Development Plan
Sandringham and West Newton is always striving to secure the best possible outcomes for all of our pupils. Each year we work together with all stake holders to devise a development plan, that looks at key areas of school improvement. School staff work on the plan as part of our INSET training days, parent opinion is gathered from parent surveys and our liaison with the Friends PTA. Pupils work in their house teams and via the school council on school improvement ideas. All of the ideas are collated by the Headteacher and reviewed by the governing body. The plan is regularly updated, using a traffic light system, to show progress against milestones set. All of this work is undertaken under the firm Christian principles and ethos within which the school operates. A copy of the current school development plan is attached here
