Year 5 and 6 explore cyber bullying through a dance workshop

Mrs Battelley led Year 5 and 6 in a dance class to explore the subject of cyber bullying on November 1st. The children made up a dance with a group of pupils, where one child acted as the bully and the other children were being bullied. Through the dance they explored ways to show the bully how to behave in a more caring way.  The dance ended with a resolution and the child who was representing the bully learned how to be a valued member of the school community.  The children really enjoyed the workshop, thank you too to Mrs Battelley for excellent teaching as always.
