Jitterbugs!

Mrs May, a parent and the Chair of our ‘Friends’, is also a  Technology teacher at King’s Lynn Academy and has been working with each year group in turn since January to produce these wonderful Jitterbugs. Everyone drew their design first before assembling the motor and shaping their piece of styrofoam, using a variety of saws and cutting tools. All the Jitterbugs looked amazing when we gathered together on the playground earlier this week to have a whole-school ‘Jitterbug Dance’!

We would like to say a huge thank you to Mrs May for giving up so much of her time to lead this project.
