We all went on a Summer Holiday to the magical Poplins

Last week saw the culmination of much hard work from our KS2 pupils, with 3 performances of our summer play ” We’re going on a summer holiday”, and what a magical production it was. The children worked so hard to learn their lines, all the words to the songs and the moves, make the props and sort out costumes. It was so entertaining, many people in the audience said it was the best play ever! I thought you would like to see some of the lovely comments we have received from our equally lovely supportive parents.

Dear all,
We just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone involved in putting the play together. We were genuinelly so impressed by the quality of the production, it was the best we have ever seen. It had us laughing out loud and crying (well me anyway) at the end and I think for primary school children to be able to create such emotion was real testament to the hard work of you all.
Thank you again
The Mays!

Good Morning,

As we didn’t have time to sign the visitor’s book in the hall on Friday evening, I wish to email you to say how fabulous the Summer school play was again this year.  If you could please pass this on to everyone involved we would appreciate it.

I watched it twice this year and could have watched it many times more and would still have found it entertaining, funny, emotional and thought provoking.  The children are all so talented and it amazes me every time I watch the plays at this fabulous school.  The standard of singing and acting, honestly is so professional.

My mum, Keira and I were emotional after the performances and we really will miss her being at this school!

Best regards
Lisa
