Happy Sunday,
I hope that you have had a lovely weekend and have made the most of the sunshine being back.
Please find attached the home learning menu and resources for this week’s home learning. Not long now until the end of term, I know that some of you have been working so hard and will be ready for a well earned break.
Reports went out at the end of the week to those children in school. Those of you at home, look out in the post for yours. If there is anything on the report that you would like to discuss further, don’t hesitate to call.
Let me know if you have any questions or queries about the work.
With Kind Regards,
Mrs King

Sports 2019/20
We all know it has been a very odd year and obviously it has affected school life greatly, none more so than in sports with several competitions being cancelled prior to school closing. However, we had managed to compete in several competitions in which we did very well and had had lots of fun. Our first attempt at gymnastics with a year 1 / 2 team proved fruitful, hockey too, along with football, rugby and cross country. The children’s commitment and willingness to learn new things made it very difficult for me to pick teams at times, producing some brilliant performances and enormous smiles. The netball team was in a good position in the league and we were all looking forward to those competitions along with many others we had entered. Unfortunately it was not to be which was disappointing but we did manage to get the Gold Award for sport based on the events we had taken part in, had entered for the whole year and what we had in place in school. I have to thank the School Sports Council of Oliver, Lilly, Clara, Caitlin, Henry and Elliot W, voted for by the class, who had to organise and run a lunchtime club, speed stacking, which turned out to be quite good fun! That was the difference between Gold and Silver.

Thank you all for your support this year.
Well done everyone!

Such fabulous news, Finlay achieved his Red Missing numbers multiples certificate in Tackling Tables last week. What a super achievement, well done Fin. If you see him around school, fire a question at him. ! We are so proud of you, this is a fabulous achievement for your year group.
