Sandringham Flower Show 2016

After a wet morning, the sun managed to burst through just at the nick of time, for The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall to see the children’s fantastic work. They thoroughly enjoyed looking at all of their hard work.

Year 1 and 2 woodland art

Year 1 and 2 have been creating art in the style of Andy Goldsworthy today. Having looked at his work on line for inspiration first, we set off into our woodland area to create our own natural art in small groups. Have a look at the stunning results. The children then voted for their favourites and we had 3 winning teams with joint first place :- Thomas Strudwick, Stanley Farr-James, Oliver Herbert and Elliot Wright, Chloe Southwell and Clara Moreland and finally Libby Johnson, Elizabeth Wright, Daisy May and Alicia. Well done to all the children who were so creative. I think Mr Goldsworthy needs to watch out!

Year 1 and 2 Dance Assembly

Year 1 and 2 have been demonstrating their dancing skills in assembly this week. Parents, pupils and staff were amazed at the wonderful dancing. Huge thanks too to Mrs Battelley, who has been teaching the children their dance moves this term. Enjoy….

What a fabulous way to end the term, well done to everyone involved.

Banham Zoo

Today we were lucky enough to visit Banham Zoo. We were fortunate with the weather and saw lots of animals and learnt some more about habitat to help us with our science.
